Suggested Uses & Recipes:
Basil is soothing whether diffused or applied topically.
• Topically: Blend 5 drops of each Basil, Vetiver, Lavender and Cedarwood with 2 oz of massage oil. Apply after bathing.
• Diffuse: Add 4-5 drops (alone or blend with complimentary oils) to your diffuser and enjoy.
• Add to your favorite recipes to add flavor.
• Dilute 1 drop in 4 oz fluid for internal use.
